The purpose of this message is to reveal the consistency of God in the ages.
The tribulation period is preceded by a great falling away (2 Thessalonians 2:3
states, Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come,
except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son
of perdition;) from the truth of God, which age we are presently living in.
God’s turning away from Israel to the Gentile church is also preceded by a
falling away from the truth of God’s word.
God first established the home as the primary organization to spread his
everlasting gospel to a lost and dying world. When that failed to be true to
God’s commandments, God destroyed the world with a flood of water, but
retained the family, because he knew that was the most stable and most
fundamental of all organization. There have always been those faithful to the
cause of Christ in the family, but in the main, Godly family values have been
and are being rejected.
Shortly after the world-wide flood, God called Abraham from Ur of the
Chaldees and used him to establish the Jewish nation. The nation of Israel was
to remain true to God’s commandments, taking the everlasting gospel to the
entire world. When they developed their own philosophies, and forsook the
principles of God’s word, God first allowed the Assyrians to take captive
the 10 northern tribes (Israel), then in 606 B.C. God allowed the Babylonians
to take Judah and Benjamin into 70 years of captivity, as a warning. Judah did
not heed God’s warning, continuing to develop their own religious activity,
while retaining outward signs of true religion. When Jesus came, he spoke of
the true worship of Jehovah, which was so foreign to the Jews, they could not
receive his teachings. Therefore Christ turned from the Jewish nation, causing
them to be dispersed through all the world, beginning in 70 A. D. when Titus
captured Jerusalem. God did not and has not completely forsaken the Jewish
nation, as he will bring them back into the tree, which work was seen to have
been begun in 1948 when Israel was recognized as a nation by the United
Nations. There were always some in the nation of Israel who were true to Godly
principles, but the majority went away from Godly principles, therefore God
left Israel and established his kind of church.
During his personal ministry, Jesus Christ organized his kind of church,
which purpose was to take the gospel message into all the world. The church
has done exactly what the family did, and what Israel did. Most of what
Christendom calls a church and true religion has been polluted as the message
of God’s eternal truth has been changed into a message of their own making,
therefore God will take the church out of the way, and will bring Israel back
to the forefront. This will happen during the tribulation period, as this
period is nor primarily for the family, or the church, or the world, but for
the nation of Israel. There are always going to be some true churches on this
earth, until Christ takes them all out, shortly before the tribulation period
begins. The church will never disappear as even in eternity, the church will
give honor and glory to God.

Show the creation of God in 6 days, then:
Point # 1 – genealogy of Adam through Noah – Genesis 5.
Point # 2 – genealogy of Noah through Abraham – Genesis 11:10-32.
Point # 3 – 430 years from the time of the promise given to Abraham
until the giving of the law to Moses.
Point # 4 – 480 years from the giving of the law to the 4th
year of Solomon’s reign when he began to build the temple of God.
Point # 5 – Solomon reigned about 1,000 years BC, which all secular
histories will confirm.
Christ was born into this world when the world was about 4,000 years old,
at a time when Israel was looking for a redeemer, yet they rejected the
redeemer God sent to them.
The world is presently looking for a redeemer, yet they have rejected the
truth of God in his holy Bible, substituting their own wicked thoughts and
ideas for the truth, therefore the rapture is coming quickly for true
believers, and the great tribulation period is coming quickly upon all
unbelievers, especially for the Jewish nation, as God prepares them for his
coming in the air when they shall look upon him whom they have pierced, and
will believe he is the one they missed.
a. John 19:37 records the first time the Jews looked on their redeemer
with unbelief, And again another scripture saith, They shall look on
him whom they pierced.
b. Zechariah 12:10 records that Israel will believe when they see
Christ coming in the air, after they have gone through much trial and
tribulation and have reached the end of their rope, And I will pour
upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit
of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have
pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son,
and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his
firstborn.
What is happening today in the world is exactly what happened to the
Jewish nation about 2,000 years ago. The world is presently going astray
from God’s commandments, forsaking the principles of God’s Word for
their own false philosophies, thoughts and ideas.
c. Evolution (which comes from science falsely so called – the wicked
dreams of men) has replaced creation (which comes from the Bible).
d. The English Bible (KJV) has recently been replaced by all sorts of
Bibles – all of them from a completely different source than the KJV.
e. Men reject God Almighty, but have replaced him with a god of their
own imaginations.
1) Before the flood in Noah’s day - Genesis 6:5 - And GOD saw
that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every
imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
2) Today - Romans 1:21 - Because that, when they knew God, they
glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in
their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
3) Our job – II Corinthians 10:5 - Casting down imaginations,
and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God,
and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
The Falling Away Of Israel
Acts 7:38 – This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with
the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who
received the lively oracles to give unto us: Stephen is preaching to the
unbelieving Jews about their rejection of Christ. It is amazing that the Jews
who came out of Egypt prayed for a redeemer, then rejected the redeemer God sent
to them, just as the Jews in the days of Christ (as the Jews before them) had
fervently prayed for a redeemer, only to reject the redeemer God sent to them.
The Jews in Egypt also rejected Moses and the word of God sent to them by Moses,
just as the Jews is the days of Christ rejected him and the word of God sent to
them by Jesus Christ. The Jews in Egypt who refused to believe the word of God
were killed in the 40 year wilderness wanderings, just as the Jews in the days
of Christ who refused to believe the word of God were scattered throughout all
the nations of this earth, to suffer persecution at the hand of every nation.
God did not completely forsake them, however, even as God did not completely
forsake the Jews who came out of Egypt. God allowed the next generation to come
into the promised land, and God restored Israel to their land, making them a
nation once again in the year 1948. Romans 11:11 states, I say then, Have
they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall
salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. Israel
will be returned to their former glory when they see Jesus Christ coming in his
glory and realize their fathers rejected their promised redeemer. A nation shall
be born in a day as stated in Isaiah 66:8, Who hath heard such a thing? who
hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or
shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth
her children.
A Study of the Oracles of God and the Keys of the Kingdom of
God
Israel has the Oracles or keys of the kingdom.
Romans 3:2 - Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were
committed the oracles of God.
Hebrews 5:12 - For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have
need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles
of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
1 Peter 4:11 - If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God;
if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that
God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise
and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
The word "oracles" in the Old Testament always speaks of the holy
of holies, from which place God spoke to the nation of Israel. One
example is 1 Kings 8:6, And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of
the LORD unto his place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy place,
even under the wings of the cherubims. In the New Testament, the place
God speaks to this world is in his churches, not in the world in general –
same as in the Old Testament.
I. God removed the keys of the kingdom from Israel, giving them to the
church he organized during his personal ministry. God is going to give these
keys back to Israel because the church will be taken out at the rapture.
A. Matthew 16:19 – And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom
of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven:
and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
B. Luke 11:52 – Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the
key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering
in ye hindered.
C. Mark 12:1-12 – The parable of the vineyard, and the letting of it to
another. This parable reflects the transfer of power from Israel to the
church.
D. Romans 11:17,19,23,24 – these passages reflect that Christ has cut
off Israel, and grafted in His kind of church. II Peter 3:2 – Peter
declared that the prophets of the Old Testament and the apostle of the New
Testament wrote all the Bible.
E. Hebrews 1:1,2 – God spoke to the Old Testament prophets, who relayed
that conversation to the people through the written Word, which is the Old
Testament. God hath in these last days spoken to us through His Son, Jesus
Christ. An apostle relays through the written Word, what God speaks to them.
This is why it is important to understand that the apostles wrote the New
Testament.
F. Acts 1:2 – Jesus Christ gave commandments to the apostles during His
personal ministry.
G. Ephesians 3:5 – God revealed to His apostles and holy prophets that
the church would be organized and would receive the keys of the kingdom of
God, and the great commission to go into all the world.
