| I am thankful for all of God's blessings, troubles and trials during this past year, and look forward to his blessings in this coming year - whether I am enlarged, or diminished. I know God knows best about all my circumstances, and I am happy to be safe in his eternal arms. If you have any questions or comments concerning these sermon outlines, please feel free to contact me at: Pastor, Independence Baptist Church Please understand that these outlines are not the entire sermon. I am not one of those preachers who write down every word I say. The outline is what I preached from, but not necessarily the sermon delivered. Every preacher knows what I am saying. Feel free to use the outlines as God directs you. All I ask is that you don't take my meaning "out of context". Be a Christian in these things -- it will show through if you are not. Make the message your own, don't try to preach my message. You can use my outline, but make that outline your own. I preach nothing new. I hope you don't either. I trust God will bless you during this entire year, and that we will have our understanding opened to see his eternal blessings. I do not know what this year will bring, but I do know what Romans 8:28 states: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to hi purpose. It is good to trust God. I trust God will bless you during this entire year, and that we will have our understanding opened to see his eternal blessings. It is good to trust God. The doctrine of the local church is a very important doctrine, but is neglected by the majority of religious organizations today. Many people believe the doctrine of the local church is too exclusive, but they forget that the doctrine of salvation is also very exclusive. Jesus said, No man cometh unto me except the father draw him. That statement is exclusive, yet true. The doctrine of the local church is also exclusive, yet true. Remember salvation and church membership is not the same. Church membership should follow salvation. Follow these links for some sermon outlines on the local church.
